Bottle washing process: the bottle enters the washing machine, the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle are cleaned, and the dirt and foreign matter are removed. Bottles are inspected to exclude broken or defective bottles. The cleaned bottle goes to the next step.

Filling process: bottles enter the filling machine, automatically positioned and aligned. The filling device accurately fills the carbonated beverage into the bottle according to the preset filling capacity. Carbonation gas may be injected during the filling process, giving the beverage a fizzy effect. After the filling is completed, the bottle goes to the next step.

Cap closing process: the bottle enters the capping machine, and the cap or cap is automatically installed. After the bottle cap is closed, the bottle goes to the next step.

Labeling process: the bottle enters the labeling machine, and the label containing product information, brand logo, etc. is automatically attached.

Finished product packaging process: bottles enter the packaging machine for packaging operations, such as boxing, labeling, etc. After packaging, the finished carbonated beverage exits the production line, ready to be shipped to the market.
