Labeling system roller design is not good, the pressure is not enough
If the pressure roller of the labeling machine has defects in pressure setting or structural design, it may also cause blistering during the labeling process of the self-adhesive label. For film materials, static electricity can also cause bubbles on the label.

1. The surface of the bottle body is not clean and flat enough: the bottle body should be washed and dried in advance. According to the shape of the bottle surface, such as a regular curved surface or a spherical bottle body, it is clamped and fixed by a conveyor belt when labeling, especially flat plastic bottles.
2. Film materials with suitable characteristics are not selected according to the bottle material: soft bottles should be selected from PE, PVC, unstretched PP, and synthetic materials of PE and PP; hard bottles should be selected from PET, BOPP, PS fabric.
3. The speed adjustment and labeling method of the labeling machine are inappropriate: the running speed of the bottle body should be slightly faster than the label output speed when labeling, so as to avoid the generation of air bubbles. Before labeling, the static electricity must be completely eliminated, so that the label is firmly out of the label and free of the backing paper.
4. The labeling machine should not use brushes, sponge rollers, or vacuum suction for labeling. A rubber scraper with a certain strength should be installed to contact the label and keep the scraper at a certain angle and strength. The labeling of the soft bottle should adjust the relationship between labeling speed, scraper strength, angle, and distance.
5. Inappropriate choice of bottom paper: choose a smooth paper with good smoothness, such as PET paper, so that the adhesive has good flatness on its surface and good wettability after labeling. Impurities, plasticizers, chemical reactions of glue, and activation of printing surface solvents will all cause bubbles in the labeling process.
