Principle of canning machine
1, Can positioning by inlet screw, star wheel and ascending can lifting devices, then cans will be pressurized by the upper pressing cover press tightly on can tops;
2, CO2 flushing once the gas valve is triggered opening on preset position;
3, Can liquid filling proceeding when the inner can CO2 pressure same as liquid tank CO2 pressure, the liquid will be filled its own gravity and stop once reach lever spout preset filling volume;
4, Decompression: Gas valve is triggered closing on prset position and discharge valve to create inner can pressure same as enviromental pressure;
At the meantime, the inside lever spout liquid will fall down for lever spout clearing;
5, And then the can will be released by descending lifting device , outlet star wheel;
