    Description:

    The DZH type coal-fired steam boiler is a single cylinder vertical type water and fire tube shell boiler. The combustion mode is a movable grate. It is a horizontal three return water fire tube mixing boiler, and a thread of smoke pipe is arranged in the boiler barrel. The two side of the water wall radiation heating surface, the two wings of the convection heating surface. The boiler drum is used in the overall structure, the water wall tubes and headers symmetrical layout. The boiler has a tube and a front and back pipe plate. The boiler is equipped with fire retaining wall and high combustion efficiency.

    With light active grate artificial coals, mechanical ventilation is carried out with blower and air blower. The new type of energy-saving technology arch is adopted in the front and rear arch of the furnace. Fuel spilled on the grate, into the furnace combustion, the flame after arch refracted upward through the combustion chamber on both sides of the main body off to go to the front smoke box, and then retrace the pot before the smoke box tube, through the smoke box into the economizer, and then pumping cited by the fan to exhaust gas to the chimney through the flue.

     

    Feature:

    1.Using new structure

    The new steam boiler adopts the structure of longitudinal single boiler tube . Both sides ofthe furnace chamber are arranged with water walls . The upper end of the chamber is welded withthe boiler tube , and the lower end is welded respectively with left and right header . Convection tubebundle is arranged between rear arch and boiler tube , the upper end of which is welded with theboiler tube , and the lower ends with headers . All these lead to a compact structure

    2.Rational design of the internal furnace combustion Furnace chamber is composed of pre -combustion chamber and re-burning chamber . The design makes fuels burn fully and reduces thecontent of flying ash and combustible flying ash

    3.Multi-channel fume partition wall , located between convection tube bundles , will turn backfume many times and be beneficial for removing internal furnace dust . In the process of fume turning back , the repeated collision between fume dust and partition wall , tube bundles will form vortexThe centrifugal force of the vortex is beneficial for dust removal . In this way , initial dust exhaustingconcentration of the boiler is lower than the national standard , which reduces the pollution of boilerdust to the atmosphere

    4.The boiler meets the requirements of TSG g0002-2010 Supervision Regulation on SavingEnergy Technology for Boiler , and TSG g0003-2010 Energy Efficiency Test and Evaluation Regulaion for Industrial Boiler

    After sales service:

    1.Installation & adjustment 

    After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.


    2.Training 

    We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance. 

    The buyer can send staff to our company for learning.


    3.Quality assurance 

    We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, not used, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.

    We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.

    We are responsible for the fault and damage of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc. that all belong to our responsibility.

    The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.


    4.Warranty 

    Offer 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by our design, manufacture and the material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after service all the time after guarantee period.
