Wine Bottling Machine

General:

The wine filling machine can be used for all kinds of non-carbonated drinks, it absorbs open and concise design concept, use as less parts as it can be in the whole machine production. So the machine present in front of you is quite easy and friendly control. The whole machine is produced by SUS304 except those transmission parts to be in cast iron to make sure long time using, it can be used for all kinds of glass bottles and strong PET bottles. Little changement need to be done when change bottles.

Principle:

Motor drives main axis move up and down, when filling head moves down and close to bottle mouth, vacuum pump will make sustained vacuum inside bottles, filling pump make the filling, extra air and liquid will be discharged back to upside vacuum tank; This kind of filling model is good for liquid precision control, no leakage through filling heads; Needle type filling head is suitable for small bottles.
